BoothCatch helps businesses collect sign-ups at events. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In plain English: we store your information to run the service, we don't sell it, and each business controls the leads it collects.

Who this covers

• Customers — businesses and their team members who use BoothCatch.
• Leads — people who sign up at a customer's booth, kiosk or QR page.

For lead information, the business that collected it is responsible for how it is used. BoothCatch processes it on their behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored securely), company name, logo and brand color.
• Lead details entered on a form: name, phone, email, interests, answers to custom questions, notes and ratings.
• Consent records: whether the consent box was checked, the exact wording shown, the time, and whether it came from a kiosk or QR code.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To run the service: show leads, send follow-up emails the business has set up, and build reports.
• To keep the service secure and prevent spam.
• To contact customers about their account.

We do not sell personal information, and we don't use lead data for our own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers for hosting, databases and email delivery. They only process data to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep data while an account is active. Businesses can delete leads at any time, and can ask us to delete their account and data by emailing us.

Your choices

• Leads can reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe from emails, or ask the business to delete their information.
• Anyone can contact us to access, correct or delete information we hold about them.

Security

Each business's data is kept separate from every other business, access is limited by role, and data is encrypted in transit.

If we make important changes we'll update this page and let customers know.
